Congratulations to the Under 14 Girls of Cooley Kickhams and St Kevins who will represent Co Louth in the 2019 Feile.
Cooley won the A tournament hosted in their own ground over the Bank Holiday weekend. They came out on top in a closely fought final with the Geraldines on a score of 3-3 to 2-2. St Pats, Hunterstown, St Fechins and Newtown Blues were the other teams participating in this highly competitive A tournament.
Meanwhile St Kevins were the winners of the B tournament, overcoming Clan na Gael in the final. The B tournament was played out in Kilkerly and Monasterboice also over the weekend. Naomh Fionbarra/Dreadnots, St Brides, Naomh Mairtin and Wolfe Tones were the other teams participating in an exciting and very entertaining weekend of underage Ladies Football.
Best of Luck to Cooley and St Kevins in Feile 2019 in the West of Ireland at the end of June.
