Hi all,
In relation to the forthcoming playing season we have 26 Referees who have now completed the course for 2021.
Out of these, 24 officiate at other games outside of LGFA, therefore as we go into a shorter season than normal the demands on these people will be immense.
So I am now appealing for ALL CLUBS to please nominate at least one person male or female to undertake an LGFA Refereeing Course.
This may be a completely new person to Refereeing or may well be someone who already Referees GAA games, or perhaps someone who has now retired from playing and looking for a new challenge.
The reality is that if we don’t gain any new Referees we may have great difficulty completing our games in 2021. Click here for a Form to be filled in and returned on or before March 22nd for that purpose.
