LGFA TG4 All-Ireland Finals 2018

The TG4 All-Ireland Championships will commence next weekend.

Talk to your club secretary, get your tickets and arrange your club bus for the finals day!

Emergency County Board Meeting

There is an emergency county board meeting on Thursday June 28th in St Brides GFC at 8pm sharp.

All clubs are requested to attend. Adult club managers are also invited to attend.

Co Board Meeting and Skills Challenge

News Update:

  • There will be a County Board Meeting in St Marys GFC, Ardee on Monday, 18th June at 8pm. More details to follow.
  • The John West Skills Challenge is taking place in The Geraldines at 2pm on Sunday, 17th June. Any club who is sending a player is requested to email Liam O’Neill by 6pm on Saturday to assist the organisers in preparing the test.
  • Reminder: The Louth Ladies senior team are holding an open training session in Darver on Friday 22nd June at 7pm – a great opportunity for underage players and others to meet the players and management in advance of the Leinster Final.

Win a digital scoreboard for your club

Louth LGFA have announced a super fundraising draw, with a chance to win a new digital scoreboard worth €5,500.  Tickets are €100 each but are limited to a maximum of 150, so there is a great chance to win this great prize for your club.  The draw was launched nationwide today and is open to all clubs in the country.

Nicola Barry Tournament – time change

As a mark or respect to the late Micheal McKeown the organisers of the Nicola Barry Memorial Tournament in Stabannon on Saturday have moved the start time to 1.30pm instead of 11am. Registration will take place at 12.45pm.

The organisers would like to extend their deepest sympathies to Micheal’s wife and his extended family. May he rest in peace.
