Glyde book their place in Intermediate semi-finals

Glyde Rangers booked their place in the semi final of the Intermediate Championship as a result of this three point point victory over Dreadnots after an absorbing contest in Tallanstown on Sunday morning.

Glyde started in some style and led by 2-1 to 0-00 after just five minutes and led by 4-3 to 1-4 at half time

Dreadnots were much improved after the break and began to eat into the big Glyde lead and had reduced it to just a point with ten minutes left to play.

However, the Tallanstown team led by the superb Michelle McMahon and the deadly accuracy of full forward Sarah Gilmore guided the mid-Louth side to victory and a meeting with championship favourites Clan Na Gael in the semi final
